Orders & Returns

Ordering
To place your order online, select the product and size (if applicable) then proceed to add the item to your cart. Once you have entered your correct email address, billing, shipping information, select your payment method.


Payment

We accept payments by MasterCard, VISA & PayPal. Pricing on our website is displayed in Canadian dollars.You will receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.

You may reference your emails to access past orders or request a copy by emailing customercare@whiteleafshop.com.


Returns and Exchanges

To return the products:Consumer shall notify White Leaf in writing (email) within fourteen (14) days, (beginning with the day after Consumer received the products). You should keep a record of your cancellation notice;the products should not have been used or damaged;the Tag and Seal on the packaging box shall not be removed from or damaged;the products should be returned in their original packaging;the products should be returned to White Leaf within fourteen (14) days following cancellation of the contract.We may withhold the refund until we receive corresponding evidence confirming the fact of sending back of products or products themselves, whichever is the earliest. White Leaf will refund the price of the product, including the cost of shipping the item to Consumer (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from Consumer’s choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by White Leaf). Consumer shall bear all costs of returning the product to White Leaf.You can return the products to White Leaf by packaging the relevant products securely and sending them to White Leaf after correctly submitting an email to customercare@whiteleafshop.com
